§ 36.03 DUTIES OF VIOLATIONS CLERK.
   The Clerk-Treasurer and his or her staff, as his or her agents, shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admission of violations, and payment of civil penalties in the amount and for the violation as provided in § 36.99.
