§ 35.30 DESIGNATION OF DEPARTMENT/DUTIES.
   (A)   The Health Department of St. Joseph County is the designated Health Department of the town.
   (B)   The Health Department shall enforce and observe all state laws and legally promulgate regulations pertaining to the preservation of health.
   (C)   The Health Department shall investigate the existence of any contagious or infectious disease, adopt measures, not inconsistent with the regulations of the State Board, to arrest the progress of the same and make all necessary sanitary and health investigations and inspections.
   (D)   The Health Officer shall diligently enforce the rules and regulations pertaining to health and sanitation adopted by the Town Council.
