§ 35.06 RELATIONSHIP TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The historic district regulation provided in this subchapter is intended to preserve and protect the historic or architecturally worthy buildings, structures, sites, monuments, streetscapes, squares, and neighborhoods of the historic districts. Zoning districts lying within the boundaries of the historic district are subject to the regulations for both the zoning district and the historic district. If there is a conflict between the requirements of the zoning district and the historic district, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
