§ 33.15 RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE MARSHAL’S DEPARTMENT.

   (A)   Approval of Marshal’s Manual of Rules and Regulations; adoption of Organization and Policies Manual.

      (1)   The Marshal’s Manual of Rules and Regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority of I.C. 36-8-3 et seq., 36-5-7 et seq., 36-5-2-13, as well as any other relevant section(s) of Indiana Code that authorize the town to regulate and discipline members of the Town Marshal’s office.

      (2)   The Town of New Carlisle Marshal’s Department General Organization and Standard Operating Policies Manual is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein. Copies are available through town offices.
