(A) It shall be the duty of the owner or contractor to maintain a card or notice, tacked on the front of the building, or upon a proper board and stake put in place at the time the building operations of whatever nature is commenced.
(B) This notice shall plainly give the permit number, lot number or location, the date of the permit, and signature of the Commissioner of Buildings on the permit furnished by the Building Department at the time of issuance.
