(A) No animal owner or his or her agent shall keep or harbor a dog or cat over the age of 3 months unless it has been vaccinated annually by a licensed veterinarian with anti-rabies vaccine.
(B) The owner shall maintain proof of an animal’s vaccination so that it can be presented to the town or its agents upon request.
(C) Failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall subject the owner of the unvaccinated dog and/or cat to being issued an ordinance violation citation subjecting the owner to a fine as set forth in § 94.99.
