Any and all expenses involved in the planting and/or removing of trees from the tree lawn shall be at the homeowner’s expense. Maintenance of trees in the tree lawn and any liability caused by trees in the tree lawn which are involved in accidents or cause damages to persons or property are the homeowner’s responsibility.
