Any person or firm that desires to plant and/or remove any tree(s) from the “tree lawn” area within the town limits shall first make application with the Clerk-Treasurer’s office, designating what work is to be performed and that any and all damage to sidewalks and/or streets, curbs or pavements will be repaired or replaced in a manner to be approved by the Town Council or its designated representative and at the homeowner’s expense.
