§ 91.32 EMERGENCIES; TIME LIMITS.
   (A)   In case of emergencies, the person, firm, corporation, or utility making an excavation which is governed by this subchapter shall be required to submit a permit application on the first day that the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office is open, following the day when the excavation was made. The permit, when issued, shall be retroactive to the date the excavation was started.
   (B)   Any permit granted under the terms of this subchapter shall become void if the excavation is not started within 90 calendar days of the date the permit was issued.
   (C)   Any excavation which has not been restored and certified by the Town Engineer as completed, within 9 months of the date of permit issuance, shall cause the permittee to be in violation of this subchapter and subject to the penalties herein described.
