The laws of the state, in respect of the care, preservation, desecration of, and misconduct upon or in reference to cemeteries are to be enforced and are not to be deemed in any respect modified or repealed by the provisions of this subchapter. The New Carlisle Cemetery Board is charged with the duty of reporting any infraction of any of the provisions of this subchapter or the laws of the state in respect to cemeteries to the Clerk-Treasurer who shall bring it to the notice of the Town Council for appropriate action.
