The duties of the Cemetery Board shall be the control and management of the affairs of the New Carlisle Cemetery, the setting of rates to charge the users of the cemetery, the responsibility of keeping the cemetery in good condition, the responsibility for beautification, landscaping, perpetual care, and the Perpetual Care Fund, and other duties as the Town Council shall from time to time prescribe.
