§ 90.42 BOARD OFFICERS.
   The officers of the Cemetery Board shall consist of a Chair and a Secretary, chosen by the Cemetery Board from its members, and thereafter annually at the April meeting shall choose from among themselves the officers. It shall be the duty of the Chair to preside at all meetings, of the Secretary to keep all minutes of the meetings. The Clerk-Treasurer will serve as a Treasurer and to be custodian of all monies. The Trustees shall, before entering upon their duties as such, take and subscribe to an oath that they will each faithfully perform their duties as the Trustees and true account make of their stewardship in the premises.
