(A) Hours. The town parks shall be closed each day from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

(B) Motor vehicle regulations. No motorized vehicles such as cars, trucks, go-carts, motorbikes, mopeds, motorcycles, golf carts, trailers and the like shall be allowed in the parks except in designated parking areas and except vehicles with permits during special events.
(C) Prohibited parking. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to park any motor vehicle in the designated parking areas of town parks after 10:00 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m. except as approved by the Town Council in a special event permit application.
