§ 90.11 POWERS OF THE BOARD OF PARKS AND RECREATION.

   The Board of Parks and Recreation may make recommendations to the Town Council on matters including, but not limited to, the following:

   (A)   Entering into contracts and leases for facilities and services; and

   (B)   Acquisition and disposal of real and personal property.
