§ 90.09 BOARD OFFICERS; QUORUM.
   (A)   At the first regular meeting each year, the Board shall elect a President and Vice-President and select a Secretary.
   (B)   A majority of the members constitutes a quorum, with official action of the Board needing at least 4 members present and acting.
