§ 90.05 TERMS OF BOARD MEMBERS.
   (A)   Upon establishment of the Board, the term of the members initially appointed shall be 1, 2, 3, and 4 years. Thereafter, as a term expires, each new appointment shall be for a 4-year term. All terms shall expire on the first Monday in January, but an appointee shall continue in office until his or her successor is appointed.
   (B)   If a vacancy occurs on the regular membership Board, the Park Board shall recommend and the Town Council shall approve a member for the unexpired term.
