§ 90.03 BOARD OF PARKS AND RECREATION ESTABLISHED.
   The Department of Parks and Recreation shall be composed of:
   (A)   A Board of Parks and Recreation (Board);
   (B)   A Superintendent (which may be the Public Works Director of the town) to be selected by the Town Council; and
   (C)   Other personnel as the Board may determine.
