§ 30.05 CAPITALIZATION POLICY.
   (A)   Assets over $5,000 shall be capitalized.
   (B)   Assets with serial numbers shall be capitalized for dollar amounts of $1,000 or greater.
   (C)   Depreciation shall begin in the month and year purchased.
   (D)   Fixed assets will be depreciated using the straight line method.
   (E)   Fixed assets under the $5,000 and the $1,000 threshold amounts designated above shall be deleted from the current fixed assets listing.
   (F)   All electric and water meters and all hydrants shall be capitalized regardless of cost.
   (G)   The following estimated useful lives may be used for a guide for calculating depreciation expenses:
