SCHEDULE V. DISABLED PARKING.

   (A)   There shall be 2 designated parking spaces for disabled parking:

      (1)   One on the south side of the east 100 block of Michigan Street; and

      (2)   The second on the north side of the east 100 block of Michigan Street.

   (B)   The 2 designated disabled parking spaces shall be placed adjacent to existing ramps.
