(A) There shall be designated 2-hour parking on the west side of South Arch Street from Michigan Street to Chestnut Street. Two-hour parking shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(B) The parking of any vehicle by any person shall be limited to 2-hour parking between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day except Sundays and holidays, and except on Saturdays which 2-hour limit shall be in effect between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., within the district or upon any of the streets as follows; provided that this time limit does not apply to those streets or sections of streets designated as “no parking” and “15-minute parking.”
