§ 73.30 SIDEWALK REGULATIONS.
   (A)   When a person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, the person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian.
   (B)   Persons riding bicycles should give an audible signal a reasonable distance before overtaking and passing a pedestrian.
