(A) Bicycles shall be operated as close to the right-hand side of the highway and in single file when passing other vehicles parked or moving.

(B) Bicycles shall not be ridden more than 2 abreast at any time.
(C) No operator shall cause or permit a bicycle to curve to and fro.
(D) The hands of the operator shall be on the handlebar at all times except while in the act of signaling.
