§ 73.01 SNOWMOBILE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The term SNOWMOBILE, as used in this section, shall mean any vehicle self-propelled or motor driven used for operation or movement on snow, ice, or slush.
   (B)   All snowmobiles are prohibited from being driven or operated by any person on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public place in the town except for the purpose of transporting the vehicle to a place for its authorized or lawful use or sale.
   (C)   When the vehicle is operated for the purpose of transportation to a place for its authorized or lawful use or sale, it shall be unlawful to operate the vehicle at a speed in excess of 10 mph.
   (D)   No vehicle shall be driven or operated in the town with careless disregard for or indifferent lack of attention to surrounding conditions and circumstances.
