§ 11.01 TOWN SEAL.

   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be the custodian of the Town Seal and affix it to documents and instruments as required.

   (B)   The Town Seal of New Carlisle shall be as follows:

      “Town of New Carlisle, Indiana” inscribed across the top half of the circle, “Inc. Jan. 3, A.D. 1867” inscribed across the bottom half of the circle, and “Corporate Seal” inscribed across the middle.

   (C)   The Town Seal is depicted as follows:
