§ 38.01 PURCHASING RULES REQUIRING SUPPLIES MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES.
   (A)   The following are the required purchasing rules for the town.
   (B)   Purchase of supplies manufactured in the United States: supplies manufactured in the United States shall be preferred for all town purchases.
