§ 37.21 COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX (CEDIT) FUND.
   (A)   The Chief Fiscal Officer shall deposit monies received from the St. Joseph County Auditor into the CEDIT Fund.
   (B)   The Chief Fiscal Officer shall establish appropriations within the CEDIT and legally advertise during the budget process for the town.
