(A) The Law Enforcement Assistance Grant Fund shall be established to pay the salary and benefits for a full-time Deputy Marshal.
(B) The Law Enforcement Assistance Grant Fund is funded by requesting an Indiana Criminal Justice Institute claim voucher.
(C) All appropriations must be legally advertised and approved by the State Tax Commissioner before any payments shall be disbursed.
(D) The town shall take on the fiscal responsibility for the Deputy Marshal after the expiration of the grant.
