§ 150.046  PRIVATE LATERAL INSPECTIONS/REPAIRS/RESPONSIBILITY.
   The Village of Newburg does not own or maintain any portion of the sewer laterals that collect from each privately owned parcel or property. Each privately owned lateral is the responsibility of the property owner from its point of collection up to and including the connection to the sanitary system main line.
