§ 153.092  SIDEWALKS AND PEDESTRIAN WAYS.
   At the option of the village, the subdivider shall construct adequate facilities for pedestrian travel as follows:
   (A)   Construct a concrete sidewalk on one side of all frontage roads and both sides of all other streets within the subdivision having an urban cross-section. Sidewalks shall be a minimum of four feet in width on minor streets and a minimum of five feet on all other streets. The design and construction of all sidewalks shall be in accordance with plans and standard specifications which are on file with the village; and
   (B)   Construct pedestrian and bicycle paths along principal streets within the subdivision having a rural cross-section. This may be accomplished by adding four feet to the pavement width along one or both sides of the street, as determined by the Plan Commission.
