(A) Grease catch basins or separators of a capacity based upon the temperature and the amount of the water tributary shall be installed wherever kitchen or other greasy wastes from hotels, restaurants, club houses, boarding houses, public or private institutions, hospitals, or similar places are discharged into a public sewer or private sewage disposal system.
(B) Garbage disposal units shall not be tributary to grease catch basins or interceptors.
(C) No user may intentionally or unintentionally allow the direct or indirect discharge of any fats, oils, or greases of animal or vegetable origin into the collection system in such amounts as to cause interference with the collection and treatment system, or as to cause pollutants to pass through the treatment works into the environment.
