§ 114.05 PERMIT FEE AND TERM.

The annual permits shall terminate on December 31 of each year. The annual permit fees for the following: Blasting, Rock Crushing, Temporary blasting and Temporary crushing, shall be as provided in § 36.04. Note: only one temporary permit can be issued for any given site within the permit year.
