(A) The operation plan shall include a description of the type of operation planned; the type, size, and number of machines to be used in the operation; an estimate of the number of cubic yards to be extracted in the coming permit year; and the general location and depth of such extraction.
(B) The plan shall also include proposed fencing and other safeguards to be taken to reduce the hazards of the operation, the hours of operation, and the measures to be taken to reduce the amount of dust and any tracking onto village streets.
