§ 94.05  REMOVAL AND IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   Any vehicle found abandoned in violation of this chapter shall be impounded by the Police Department until lawfully claimed or disposed of as provided in this chapter.
   (B)    If the Chief of Police or his or her duly authorized representative determines that towing costs and storage charges for ten days, as provided in § 94.08.
