§ 93.15  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BLOCK PARTY.  A gathering of abutting neighbors and their relatives and friends or special church sponsored events held within the village street right-of-way or other public thoroughfare which has been temporarily closed for the occasion.
