(A) The owners of kennels may opt to pay a kennel license fee of $30 for a kennel of 12 dogs or fewer, plus $3 for each dog in excess of 12, in lieu of the fees provided in § 92.02, and the Village Administrator/Clerk shall issue tags for each dog owned by the kennel owners.
(B) No kennel may be located in a residential district.
