(A) The Village Board hereby determines that the statutory speed limits on the following streets or portions thereof are unreasonable, unsafe, and imprudent and modifies such speed limits.
(B) Speed limits are increased on the following designated streets or portions thereof: 40 mph on S.T.H. 33, north from a point 150 feet west of Decorah Road easterly to a point 400 feet east of the Washington-Ozaukee County line.
