(a) No person shall stand, wait or park a motor vehicle at any time, within areas that have been designated as fire lanes by the Fire authority.
(b) Violation of this section is declared a minor misdemeanor, except that a violation beyond one hour’s duration shall be cause for towing and removing such violator. The cost for removing such vehicle shall be assessed to the owner of the vehicle.
