(a) The following restrictive parking signs shall be posted on Vine Street and Stanton Avenue: “30 minute parking from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.” from the southeast corner of Lot No. 312, north on Vine Street a distance of 45.8 feet, and from the southeast corner of Lot No. 312, west on Stanton Avenue a distance of forty feet to the southwest corner of Lot No. 312.
