1105.08 BLOCKS.

(a) Blocks shall not exceed 1,800 feet in length except where topographical conditions require longer blocks, nor shall they be less than 400 feet in length.

(b) Blocks shall contain two rows of lots except where another arrangement is allowed by the Commission.
