1101.04 SCOPE.
   (a)   Jurisdiction. These Regulations shall apply to all subdivisions hereinafter made in the Municipality.
 
   (b)   Interpretation. The provisions of these Regulations shall be held to be minimum requirements. Where these Regulations impose a greater restriction that is required by existing laws, covenants, rules, regulations or restrictions of the Municipality, the provisions of these Regulations shall govern.
