131.03 WORK WEEK; OVERTIME.
   (a)   A fourteen-day work period is established within the New Boston Police Department for officers working staggered 12-hour shifts.
   (b)   Police Department overtime rate of one and one-half times the hourly rate shall be paid after the eightieth hour of work in the fourteen-day work period.
