(a) The Council hereby adopts the investment policy as approved by the Village Treasurer whereby all investments made will conform to all applicable laws and regulations governing the investment of public moneys, including Section 135 of the Ohio Revised Code.
(b) All brokers, dealers, and financial institutions initiating transactions with the Treasurer or executing transactions initiated by the Treasurer must sign the investment policy acknowledging their agreement to abide by the policy and their comprehension and receipt of the policy.
