(a) Pursuant to the authority vested in Village Council by Ohio R.C. 733.261, the duties of the Village Clerk and the Village Treasurer be and hereby are combined into one office, to be known henceforth as the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
(b) The combination of duties and offices set forth herein shall be effective on the effective date of this resolution.
(c) The duties of the Village Clerk-Treasurer shall consist of any and all duties and/or obligations of the Village Clerk or Treasurer as mandated by the Ohio Revised Code or the Codified Ordinances of the Village of New Boston.
