1341.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each sign, advertisement, or poster placed and each billboard allowed to remain beyond the period prescribed herein, and each day the same shall be permitted to remain in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
