(a) (1) “Billboards” shall be defined as any sign(s) for lease, rent or which are owned for the purpose of leasing sign space to a third person or entity for purposes of advertising or otherwise displaying messages, verbal, pictorial or otherwise, when said billboard is not located on land or otherwise owned or otherwise leased by the owner of the billboard and is not advertising a commercial message dealing with an entity owned by the owner of the billboard.
(2) “Bench” shall be defined as any long seat intended for a person or several persons to sit on.

(b) “Political signs” shall be defined as a sign that promotes, identifies, announces, opposes, or otherwise offers for the public consideration any political candidate or issue, partisan or nonpartisan.
