1333.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or whoever fails to respond to a subpoena issued by the Plumbing Appeals Board or fails to testify before such Board is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
