Any person desiring to register as being engaged in the occupation of plumbing for compensation shall make a written application and pay an annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to the Plumbing Inspector. The registration provision of this section shall apply as of May 1, 1968, and annually on each May 1 thereafter. (Ord. 1882. Passed 4-16-68.)
