(a) No electrical work shall be undertaken prior to the issuance of a permit therefor by the Building Department, to the owner of the premises on which the work is to be performed.
(b) An application for a permit shall be made on suitable forms provided by the Building Department. The application shall be accompanied by fees in accordance with the following schedule:

Minimum charge | 10.00 |
If more than two inspections are required, a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged for each additional inspection.
