1151.02 TIME LIMITS.

In the event that construction of the Planned Development is not started within one year from the date of approval by Council, the district shall revert to the same zoning classification which existed prior to approval of the Planned Development and the zoning regulations of such prior zone shall thereupon be in full force and effect.
