1147.02 OFF-STREET LOADING AND UNLOADING.
   (a)   In any district, in connection with every building, or building group or part thereof thereafter erected, which is to be occupied by manufacturing or commercial uses or distribution by vehicles or material or merchandise where required, there shall be provided and maintained, on the same lot with such building, off-street loading berths in accordance with the requirements of Table II.
 
   (b)   Such loading space shall be not less than ten feet in width, forty feet in length, have a minimum clearance of fourteen feet, and may occupy all or any part of any required yards.
